Surfing Moms Scholarship Application
Thank you for your interest in the surfing moms scholarship. This scholarship waives the yearly fee for one year with the option for renewal on a case by case basis.  Scholarship recipients must agree to participate in at least 6 surf swaps or surfing mom events over the course of a year.  Please fill out this short form so that we can get to know you.
